From Tradition to Innovation: The Evolution of Honey Loiseau
The history of our company began in 1984 as a family business. During the first 25 years, we produced honey with the rules of the conventional apiculture in different regions of Argentina. In 2009, we made a radical change by adopting the principles of the permapicultura to our ecological reality in particular. This approach allows us to produce honey with a higher quality standard than the organic norm, thanks to the natural selection of bees resistant to varroa mite, without the need of applications of control and, without artificial feeding.
